Each project will be defined by a detailed scope of work, timeline, and pricing structure agreed upon by both parties before commencement of work.
Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project completion within agreed timelines.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work commencement, with the balance due upon project completion.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However, we retain the right to use the work for our portfolio and promotional purposes.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for any third-party materials (music, stock photos, etc.) used in their projects.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by confidentiality agreements.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and resources allocated.
We reserve the right to cancel projects if client fails to meet payment obligations or other contractual requirements.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for work completed and expenses incurred.
Final deliverables will be provided via digital delivery methods unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Clients have 7 days from delivery to review and request reasonable modifications. Acceptance is deemed complete after this period.
Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms, along with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
